退火温度对轧制态Fe-11Cr-2.5Mo-1Ni-0.1Zr双相阻尼合金在不同预应力下阻尼性能的影响

    Effect of Annealing Temperature on Damping Capacity of Rolled Fe-11Cr-2.5Mo-1Ni-0.1Zr Dual Phase Damping Alloy under Different Prestresses

    • 摘要: 在真空环境下对轧制态Fe-11Cr-2.5Mo-1Ni-0.1Zr进行3种不同退火温度的热处理,通过TA Q800动态机械分析仪研究了不同退火温度下合金在不同恒定预应力下的阻尼性能。结果表明:随预应力的增加,阻尼合金的阻尼性能衰减。经950℃退火后,阻尼衰减的幅度最小;经900℃退火处理后,在24 MPa预应力下,合金获得最优异的阻尼性能。通过扫描电镜观察到合金经退火处理后获得以铁素体为基体、马氏体为析出相的双相组织;经光学显微镜观察到,随退火温度的增加,合金中获得的马氏体相的含量随之增加。

       

      Abstract: Fe-11Cr-2.5Mo-1Ni-0.1Zr rolled damping alloy was annealed at three different annealing temperatures under vacuum condition.The damping capacity of the alloy under different annealing temperatures and different constant prestresses wsa studied by TA Q800 dynamic mechanical analyzer.The results show that the damping capacity of the alloy decreases with the increase of prestress.The attenuation of the damping is minimum after 950 ℃a nnealing.After 900 ℃ annealing, the alloy achieves the best damping performance at 24 MPa prestress.Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) shows that after annealing treatment, the two-phase structure with ferrite as the matrix and martensite as the precipitated phase is obtained.The content of martensite phase in the alloy increases with the increase of annealing temperature through the observation of optical microscope.
