大功率长时间超声熔体处理对铝硅合金组织的影响

    Effect of High Power and Long Time Ultrasonic Melt Treatment on Microstructure of Al-Si Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用金相显微镜(OM)、布氏硬度计研究了大功率长时间的超声波熔体处理对过共晶Al-17Si和Al-24Si合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,大功率长时间的超声熔体处理可使过共晶铝硅合金中的硅相细化且分布得更加均匀;当超声温度处于合金液相线温度时,超声细化效果最佳,且铝硅合金硬度得到提高。经过超声处理后的Al-17Si和Al-24Si合金,硬度达到55.2 HB和60 HB,分别提升了3.5%和8.7%。

       

      Abstract: The effects of high-power and long-time ultrasonic melt treatment on the microstructure and properties of hypereutectic Al-17Si and Al-24Si alloys were studied by means of metallographic microscope (OM) and Brinell hardness tester. The results show that the high-power and long-time ultrasonic melt treatment can refine the silicon phase in hypereutectic Al-Si alloys and make the distribution more uniform. When the ultrasonic temperature is at the liquidus temperature, the ultrasonic refining effect is the best, which can improve the distribution uniformity of silicon phase and the hardness of hypereutectic Al-Si alloys. The hardness of Al-17Si alloy and Al-24Si alloy after ultrasonic treatment reaches 55.2HB and 60HB, increasing by 3.5%and 8.7%respectively.
