添加Fe、Ni对Al-Cu-Mg合金性能的影响

    Effects of Adding Fe and Ni on Properties of Al-Cu-Mg Alloys

    • 摘要: 研究了添加Fe、Ni和时效工艺对Al-Cu-Mg合金的导电率及其250℃高温强度的影响。结果表明,在Al-Cu-Mg合金中以1:1的比例加入Fe、Ni可同时改善Al-Cu-Mg合金的导电率和250℃高温强度。组织分析表明,添加Fe、Ni可使晶粒细化,促进强化第二相析出,延缓第二相长大并使峰时效提前。

       

      Abstract: The effects of adding Fe, Ni and aging processes on the conductivity and high temperature strength of Al-Cu-Mg alloy at 250 ℃were studied. The results show that the conductivity and high temperature strength can be improved by adding Fe and Ni at a ratio of 1:1 to Al-Cu-Mg alloy. The microstructure analysis shows that adding Fe and Ni can make the grain fine, promote the precipitation of the second phase, delay the growth of the second phase and shorten the peak aging time.
