循环流化床锅炉水冷壁管泄漏原因分析

    Study on Leakage Mechanism of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Water Wall Tube

    • 摘要: 某石化企业循环流化床(CFB)锅炉水冷壁管发生泄漏,造成锅炉的停工失效。通过对发生泄漏的水冷壁管进行宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能分析、金相分析、断口形貌观察以及能谱分析等表征手段,结合现场工艺参数以及温度仿真模拟进行失效分析。结果表明:CFB锅炉水冷壁管的失效原因主要是泄漏部位有补焊焊缝,并且在泄露位置存在焊接热裂纹-多边化裂纹,在内压力和温差应力作用下裂纹发生扩展,直至穿透泄漏。长期使用后材料韧性下降和碱浓缩是加速裂纹扩展的影响因素。

       

      Abstract: Water wall tube of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler of a petrochemical enterprise leaked, causing shutdown failure of boiler.The failure mechanism of CFB boiler water wall tube was studied via analysis of macro-observation, chemical composition, mechanical properties, metallographic structure, fracture morphology and EDS, combining with field process parameters as well as temperature simulation.The results show that the main failure of water wall pipe of CFB boiler is that the leaked location has repaired weld and there is welding hot crack-polygonal crack at the leaked location, which propagates until the penetration leakage occurs under inner pressure and differential temperature stress.Decrease of toughness after long-period service and alkali concerntration are attributed to the acceleration of crack propagation.
