紫外纳秒激光扫描处理冷拔45钢的表面性能研究

    Research on Characteristics of Cold-drawn 45 Steel Surface Treated by Ultraviolet Nanosecond Laser Scanning

    • 摘要: 采用波长355 nm的紫外纳秒脉冲激光对45钢冷拔平键表面扫描处理,制备了不同工艺参数下的试样,研究了表面硬度、表面粗糙度等的变化规律。结果表明:激光扫描可使45钢冷拔平键的表面硬度由301.7 HV0.2提高到442.8 HV0.2,提高幅度近50%。激光扫描硬化层的厚度约30 μm。振动抛光处理可降低激光扫描表面的粗糙度而保持其较高的显微硬度。

       

      Abstract: The surface of 45 steel cold drawn flat keys were scanning treated by nanosecond pulsed laser with a wavelength of 355 nm.The samples with different process parameters were prepared, and the surface characteristics were investigated.The results show that the microhardness increases from 301.7 HV0.2 to 442.8 HV0.2 before and after laser scanning processing, nearly 50% increase comparing with that of an original surface.The thickness of the laser hardening layer is about 30 μm.The roughness of the laser scanning surface can be reduced by post-vibration polishing without decreasing the surface hardness of laser scanning.
