陶瓷基复合材料与金属异种材料焊接技术的研究现状

    Research Progress of Welding Technology of Ceramic Matrix Composites and Metals Heterogeneous Materials

    • 摘要: 陶瓷基复合材料因具有良好的抗高温性能,被广泛应用于航空航天、核能等工业领域。随着工程应用中对结构件性能要求越来越高,陶瓷基复合材料与金属材料之间的焊接技术成为陶瓷基复合材料领域的研究热点。本文综述了陶瓷基复合材料与金属之间的焊接技术的研究现状,包括钎焊、扩散焊、自蔓延高温合成焊和熔化焊,可以为陶瓷基复合材料与金属之间的焊接技术研究提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Ceramic matrix composites are widely used in aerospace, nuclear energy and other industrial fields because of their excellent resistance to high temperature.With the high requirement for the properties of structural parts in engineering applications, the welding technology between ceramic matrix composites and metal dissimilar materials has become a research hotspot in the field of ceramic matrix composites.The research status of welding technology between ceramic matrix composites and metal was reviewed from the aspects of brazing, diffusion welding, self-propagating high temperature synthetic welding and fusion welding, which can provide reference for the study on the welding between ceramic matrix composites and metal.
