含Al高熵涂层制备技术研究进展

    Research Progress on Preparation Technology of High Entropy Coating Containing Aluminum

    • 摘要: 高熵合金的研究从20世纪90年代开始逐步发展,其设计方法与常规合金不同,是由四种以上原子比例接近的元素组成的一种新型合金。由于高熵合金多种组元的协同效应,使其具有优异的性能特性如强度、耐磨性、热稳定性等,从而成为近年来研究的热点之一。含Al高熵材料不仅具有高硬度、强度的特点,其耐蚀性也较为优良,故可以利用其特性作为特殊环境下基材表面强化的涂层使用。针对含Al高熵涂层的制备技术,选取常用且具有代表性的制备方法如物理气相沉积、机械合金化法、高能束加工法等进行了综述;同时也介绍了新型的高熵涂层制备技术,如电阻缝焊、粉末预烧结联合电子束制备技术等。最后,针对高熵涂层的服役性能和应用,对其发展前景进行了展望和评述。

       

      Abstract: The research of high entropy alloy has been carried out since the nineties of 20th century.The design of high entropy alloy is different from that of conventional alloy.It is a new alloy composed of more than four elements which close to the atomic ratio.Due to the cooperative effect of various components of high entropy alloy, it has excellent properties such as strength, wear resistance, thermal stability, etc., which has become one of the focus in recent years.Aluminium containing high entropy material not only has the characteristics of high hardness and strength, but also has excellent corrosion resistance.Therefore, it can be used as a coating for substrate surface strengthening in working conditions.The preparation technologies of aluminum containing high entropy coatings were reviewed, including physical vapor deposition, mechanical alloying and high energy beam processing.Meanwhile, new high entropy coating preparation technologies, such as resistance seam welding, powder pre-sintering combined with electron beam preparation technology, were also introduced.Finally, for the service performance and application of the high entropy coating, the development prospect of the high entropy coating was prospected and commented.
