Abstract:
The macro and micro-textures of hot rolled, cold rolled and annealed samples of 50W470 non-oriented silicon steel with different contents of rare earth were observed by XRD and FESEM. The results show that the surface texture of 50W470 non-oriented silicon steel with different Ce contents is mainly concentrated around the Goss texture. With the increase of Ce content, the Goss texture strength of the surface layer of the hot rolled plate decreases gradually, the 001<
uvw>texture strength of the core of cold rolled sheet decreases gradually. The main texture types of surface and core of co ld rolled sheet are the same, but the strength of 2
#and 3
# steel is higher than that of 1
#(without Ce). With the increase of Ce content, the proportion of plane texture and texture factor in the annealed plate changes. The proportion of favorable texture100+110 increases, the proportion of unfavorable texture 111 decreases, and the texture factor(100+110)/111increases from 3.6 to 8.0.
