Abstract:
The CuZn39Pb2 alloys were prepared by non-vacuum induction melting furnace. The change of microstructure, strength, hardness and elongation of the alloy was studied under different processing conditions by using scanning electron microscope, hardness tester, and universal tensile testing machine. The results show that compared with those of rolling, the hot forged alloy grains are refined, the grain size reaches 7.5 grade; the processing hardening is obvious, the hardness reaches 118 HV, and the lead particles mainly exist in the crystal, which is conducive to ensure the performance of the alloy.
