湿式多片离合器高温摩擦磨损失效分析

    Failure Analysis on High Temperature Friction and Wear of Wet Multi-disc Clutch

    • 摘要: 通过高温销-盘摩擦磨损试验,研究了湿式多片离合器的高温摩擦磨损特性和失效机理。结果表明,随着温度从120℃升高到420℃,摩擦系数呈先快速增大后逐渐减小的趋势;当温度低于345℃时,主要以磨粒磨损和犁沟磨损为主,磨损量较少,摩擦系数波动也较小;当温度高于345℃时,摩擦副表面开始出现黏着磨损,磨损量急剧增大,摩擦系数出现剧烈波动。因此,湿式多片离合器的合理工作温度应控制在345℃以内。

       

      Abstract: The high temperature friction and wear behaviors and failure mechanism of wet multi-disc clutch were studied by high temperature pin-on-disc tests.The results show that with the temperature rising from 120 ℃to 420 ℃, the friction coefficient shows a trend of rapid increase first and then gradually decrease.When the temperature is lower than 345 ℃, it is mainly abrasive wear and ploughing wear, with less wear and less fluctuation of friction coefficient.When the temperature is higher than 345 ℃, the adhesive wear begins to appear on the surface of the friction pair, the wear amount increases sharply, and the friction coefficient fluctuates violently.Therefore, the reasonable working temperature of wet multi-disc clutch should be controlled within 345 ℃.
