Abstract:
By adjusting the pulse frequency and scanning distance to control the laser overlap rate of 0%, 20%, 40%,60%, 80% laser cleaning 5A06 aluminum alloy surface, the changes in surface morphology, element distribution, chemical composition and corrosion performance of laser cleaning aluminum alloys with different overlap ratios were analyzed. The results show that the surface oxygen content of aluminum alloy reduces with the increase of laser cleaning overlap rate. When the laser cleaning overlap rate is 80%, the surface oxygen content is reduced by 67.13% compared with the uncleaned state, and the surface morphology and chemical composition change and the surface roughness improves. With the increase of laser cleaning overlap rate, the self-corrosion current density of 5A06 aluminum alloy increases first and then decreases, the capacitive arc decreases first and then increases, and the corrosion resistance first decreases and then increases. When the laser cleaning overlap rate is 80%, the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy surface is better than that of uncleaned aluminum alloy surface.
