Abstract:
In the process of oil exploitation, the consumption of oil casing is largest. At present, the domestic and abroad research results stop at the V150 level.New alloy components were designed with the goal of developing the V170 level. The size and the final comprehensive performance of the prior austenite grain in the oil sleeve at different quenching temperatures were detected, and the influence of the quenching temperature on the size of the prior austenitic grains and its mechanical properties under the new component system was studied. The results show that as the quenching temperature decreases from 920 ℃ to 820 ℃, the prior austenite grain size decreases from 39.22 μm to 10 μm, and then remains unchanged. The experimental steel remains unchanged and the impact toughness and elongation are gradually improved. The optimal quenching temperature obtained in this study is 820 ℃ or 840 ℃.
