Abstract: The remelting pouring process has a greater impact on the mechanical properties of the pouring test bar.The influences of different melt processing temperatures, time and pouring temperature, mold shell temperature, sand box temperature and pouring test bar shape on the microstructure of the pouring test bar during the remelting pouring process were summarized, and the reasons were analyzed.The key focus of remelting casting nickel-based alloy pouring test bars in the future was prospected.
