弧电流对5Cr8MoVSi模具钢AlCrN涂层性能的影响

    Effect of Arc Current on Properties of AlCrN Coating on 5Cr8MoVSi Die Steel

    • 摘要: 为提高冲压模具的使用寿命,利用电弧离子镀技术,在5Cr8MoVSi模具钢基体上制备不同弧电流(120、130、140 A)的AlCrN涂层。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、显微维氏硬度计、激光共聚焦显微镜和环块滑动摩擦磨损试验机对该涂层的组织结构和性能进行研究。结果表明:不同弧电流的AlCrN涂层,其物相成分为硬质AlN相和基体相。涂层的微观形貌、显微硬度、粗糙度和摩擦磨损性能随弧电流从120 A增至140 A。当弧电流为130 A时,制备出的AlCrN涂层综合性能最佳。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the service life of stamping die, AlCrN coatings with different arc currents(120, 130, 140 A) were prepared on 5Cr8MoVSi die steel substrate by arc ion plating technology. The microstructure and properties of the coatings were systematically studied by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, micro Vickers hardness tester, laser confocal microscope and ring block sliding friction and wear tester. The results show that the phase composition of AlCrN coatings with different arc currents is hard AlN phase and matrix phase. The microstructure, microhardness, roughness and friction and wear properties of the coating change with the increase of arc current from 120 A to 140 A. When the arc current is 130 A, the prepared AlCrN coating has the best comprehensive performance.
