高参数燃煤机组用铁素体耐热钢中析出相演变规律及其强化机理研究进展

    Research Progress on Evolution Law and Strengthening Mechanism of Precipitated Phases in Ferritic Heat-Resistant Steel for High-parameter Coal-Fired Units

    • 摘要: 铁素体耐热钢具有低成本、易加工、低热膨胀等优点,在现役燃煤发电机组中获得了广泛应用。汇总了国内外超临界与超超临界燃煤发电机组关键部件用铁素体耐热钢的强化机制及析出相研究现状,同时对新型析出相在铁素体耐热钢中的应用进行了分析。

       

      Abstract: Ferrite heat-resistant steel has the advantages of low cost, easy processing, low thermal expansion etc, so it has been widely used in existing coal-fired generating units.The research status of strengthing mechanism and precipitation phase of ferritic heat-resistant steel for key components of supercritical and ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating units in China and abroad was summarized, and the application of new precipitated phases in ferritic heat-resistant steel was investigated.
