热型连铸固液界面影响效应的研究进展

    Research Progress on Solid Liquid Interface Effect in Hot Mold Continuous Casting

    • 摘要: 热型连铸过程中固液界面的位置与形状是决定连铸杆坯质量好坏的最重要因素。本文详细介绍了热型连铸设备组成及热型单晶连铸的工艺特点,并对固液界面产生重要影响的主要工艺参数进行了总结。论述了凹向和凸向凝固方向的两种固液界面形状类型,并简述了工艺参数对固液界面形状的影响。然后对影响表面粗糙及热裂、竹节及拉漏等连铸杆坯表面质量的固液界面特点进行了分析。并论述了铸型温度、连铸速度、冷却距离和冷却水量等工艺参数对热型连铸过程中固液界面位置和连铸杆坯表面质量的影响。最后,对热型连铸工艺的研究发展方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: The position and shape of solid-liquid interface in hot mold continuous casting process are the most important factor determining the quality of the casting billet. The composition of hot mold continuous casting equipment and the process characteristics of hot mold single crystal continuous casting were introduced in detail, and the main process parameters affecting the solid-liquid interface were summarized. Two solid-liquid interface shapes of concave and convex in solidification direction were discussed, and the influence of process parameters on solid-liquid interface shape was briefly described. Then,the characteristics of solid-liquid interface affecting the surface quality of continuous casting rod billet, such as rough, hot crack, slub and pull leakage, were analyzed. The effects of mold temperature, continuous casting speed, cooling distance and cooling water volume on the position of solid-liquid interface and the surface quality of continuous casting rod blank during hot mold continuous casting were discussed. Finally, the research and development direction of hot mold continuous casting process was prospected.
