Research Progress of Effect of Unsteady Magnetic Field on Solidification Structure of Hypereutectic Al-Si Alloy

摘要: 综述了非稳态磁场对过共晶Al-Si合金的作用机理,分析了非稳态磁场下过共晶Al-Si合金的凝固特点、组织演变以及电磁振荡作用对初生Si颗粒净化的影响。最后,提出了当前研究中存在的问题和未来的研究方向。Abstract: The action mechanism of the non-steady magnetic field on the hypereutectic Al-Si alloy was reviewed, and the solidification characteristics, microstructure evolution and the effect of electromagnetic oscillation on the purification of primary Si particles under unsteady magnetic field were analyzed.Finally, the problems existing in the current research and the future research direction were put forward.
