变形温度对弯曲矫直的ZK60板材组织及性能的影响

    Effect of Deformation Temperature on Microstructure and Properties of ZK60 Sheet Bending and Straightening

    • 摘要: 通过弯曲矫直工艺在ZK60镁合金板材中成功预置了拉伸孪晶,研究了不同变形温度对板材组织及性能的影响。结果表明:通过弯曲矫直工艺可以提高ZK60板材的抗拉强度,降低屈服强度。随着变形温度升高,板材屈服强度明显增加,抗拉强度和断后伸长率略微增加。

       

      Abstract: The tensile twins were successfully preset in the ZK60 magnesium alloy sheet through the bending and straightening process, and the effect of different deformation temperature on the structure and properties of the sheet was studied. The results show that the tensile strength of ZK60 sheet can be improved and the yield strength can be reduced through the bending and straightening process. As the deformation temperature increases, the yield strength of the sheet increases significantly, and the tensile strength and elongation after fracture slightly increase.
