新型高钢级超深井用油套管强韧性研究

    Investigation on Toughness of a New High Steel Grade Oil Casing for Super Deep Well

    • 摘要: 针对一种新型高钢级超深井用油套管,进行了力学性能和组织分析研究,并依据国内外相关标准评判了该新型油套管的力学性能。结果表明,新型油套管微观组织为Fe-Cr-Ni固溶体,添加合金元素Mo、V等可有效调控油套管的韧性和强度;新型油套管具有优良的冲击韧性和强度,0℃纵向冲击功达到115 J,韧脆转变温度为-68℃,0℃横向冲击功为99 J,韧脆转变温度为-65℃;室温纵向屈服强度为915 MPa、横向屈服强度为1012 MPa。

       

      Abstract: The mechanical properties and microstructure analysis were investigated for a new high steel grade super deep well oil casing and evaluated by the relevant standards in China and abroad. The results show that the microstructure of the new oil casing is Fe-Cr-Ni solid solvent, adding alloy element Mo, V can effectively regulate the toughness and strength of the new oil casing. The longitudinal impact word is 115 J at 0 ℃ and the tough and brittle transition temperature is -68 ℃. The transverse impact work is 99J at 0 ℃ and the tough and brittle transition temperature is-65 ℃. At room temperature the longitudinal yield strength is 915 MPa and the transverse yield strength is 1012 MPa.
