光纤激光填丝熔覆系统开发

    Development of Fiber Laser Wire Filling Cladding System

    • 摘要: 传统的激光熔覆技术采用金属粉末添加方式,生产效率较低、合金粉末价格昂贵,同时由于合金粉末极易氧化,形成的涂层致密性较差,在实际工业应用领域受到较大的限制。针对传统激光粉末熔覆技术存在的问题,开发了一套光纤激光器填丝熔覆系统,采用IPG光纤激光作为热源,采用TIG-Mate自动送丝装置实现填丝控制,通过LNC-R8200A控制器实现对上述机构的时序控制。试验结果表明,开发的光纤激光填丝熔覆系统,可以高效优质地实现激光熔覆过程。

       

      Abstract: Traditional laser cladding technology uses the metal powder addition method, the production efficiency is low, and the alloy powder is expensive. At the same time, the alloy powder is easy to oxidize, therefore the compactness of the coating is poor. It is greatly limited in the practical industrial application field. In view of the problems existing in the traditional laser powder cladding technology, a set of fiber laser wire filling cladding system was designed. The system uses IPG fiber laser as the heat source, uses TIG-Mate automatic wire feeding device to realize wire filling control, and realizes the sequential control of the above devices through LNC-R8200A controller. The experimental results show that the developed fiber laser cladding system can realize the laser cladding process with high efficiency and high quality.
