Abstract:
Traditional laser cladding technology uses the metal powder addition method, the production efficiency is low, and the alloy powder is expensive. At the same time, the alloy powder is easy to oxidize, therefore the compactness of the coating is poor. It is greatly limited in the practical industrial application field. In view of the problems existing in the traditional laser powder cladding technology, a set of fiber laser wire filling cladding system was designed. The system uses IPG fiber laser as the heat source, uses TIG-Mate automatic wire feeding device to realize wire filling control, and realizes the sequential control of the above devices through LNC-R8200A controller. The experimental results show that the developed fiber laser cladding system can realize the laser cladding process with high efficiency and high quality.
