激光选区熔化粉末尺度的数值模拟研究现状

    Research Status of Numerical Simulation of Laser Selective Melting in Powder Scale

    • 摘要: 激光选区熔化成形过程是涉及多物理现象的耦合过程。采用数值模拟能够有效地研究成形过程中的多物理现象,探究缺陷形成机理,优化工艺参数设置。本文对目前国内外激光选区熔化粉末尺度的数值模拟进行了综述,介绍了数值模拟的关键模型,分析了粉末尺度下缺陷研究的数值模拟,总结展望了激光选区熔化粉末尺度数值模拟的发展方向与趋势。

       

      Abstract: The forming process of selective laser melting is a coupling process involving multiple physical phenomena.The use of numerical simulation can effectively study the multiple physical phenomena in the forming process, explore the formation mechanism of defects and optimize the setting of process parameters. The present numerical simulation of laser selective melting in powder scale in China and foreign countries was reviewed, the key models of numerical simulation were introduced, the numerical simulation on the defects of laser selective melting in powder scale was analyzed, and the development direction and trend of numerical simulation of selective laser melting in powder scale were summarized and prospected.
