    Design and Optimization of Low Pressure Casting Process Parameters for A356 Aluminum Alloy Wheel Hub

    • 摘要: 为了探究某铝合金乘用车轮毂的最佳低压铸造参数,本文利用田口试验法、信噪比分析法以及数值模拟,以孔隙率、二次枝晶臂间距以及凝固时间为优化目标,对浇注温度、上下模具预热温度和充型时间进行调整与匹配。结果表明,浇注温度650℃,上模预热温度280℃,下模预热温度340℃,充型时间20 s时,铸件质量显著提升。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the best low pressure casting parameters of an aluminum alloy car wheel hub, Taguchi test, signal-to-noise ratio analysis and numerical simulation were used to optimize the pouring temperature, preheating temperature of upper and lower die and filling time with porosity, secondary dendrite arm spacing and solidification time as the optimization objectives. The results show that the casting quality is significantly improved when the pouring temperature is 650 ℃, the preheating temperature of upper die is 280 ℃, the preheating temperature of lower die is 340 ℃ and the filling time is 20 s.
