不同环境中HVOF喷涂WC-Ni和WC-Cr3C2-Ni涂层的耐腐蚀性能

    Corrosion Resistance of HVOF Sprayed WC-Ni and WC-Cr3C2-Ni Coatings in Different Environments

    • 摘要: 利用超音速火焰(HVOF)喷涂技术制备了WC-Ni和WC-Cr3C2-Ni两种金属陶瓷涂层,并采用电化学工作站对涂层在不同环境中的耐腐蚀性能进行了表征。结果表明:WC-Ni涂层和WC-Cr3C2-Ni涂层在1 mol·L-1 NaOH溶液的耐腐蚀性均低于在1mol·L-1HCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性。WC-Ni涂层和WC-Cr3C2-Ni涂层在1 mol·L-1 HCl和1 mol·L-1 NaOH溶液中均产生钝化现象,涂层表面的钝化膜有助于其耐腐蚀能力的提升。WC-Ni涂层在1 mol·L-1 HCl溶液的耐腐蚀性高于WC-Cr3C2-Ni涂层,而在1 mol·L-1 NaOH溶液中耐腐蚀性低于WC-Cr3C2-Ni涂层。

       

      Abstract: Two cermet coatings (WC-Ni and WC-Cr3C2-Ni) were prepared on Q235 steel substrate by HVOF spraying technology.The electrochemical workstation was used to characterize the corrosion resistance of the coatings in different environments.The results show that the corrosion resistance of WC-Ni coating and WC-Cr3C2-Ni coating in 1 mol·L-1 NaOH solution is lower than that in 1 mol·L-1 HCl solution.WC-Ni coating and WC-Cr3C2-Ni coating are passivated in 1 mol·L-1 HCl and 1 mol·L-1 NaOH solution.The passivation film on the coating surface is beneficial to improving the corrosion resistance of the coating.The corrosion resistance of WC-Ni coating in 1 mol·L-1 HCl solution is higher than that of WC-Cr3C2-Ni coating, while the corrosion resistance of WC-Ni coating in 1 mol·L-1 NaOH solution is lower than that of WC-Cr3C2-Ni coating.
