    Research on Homogenization Process of Al-4.14Cu-1.51Li Alloy

    • 摘要: 以自行熔铸的铝铜锂合金为研究对象,利用扫描电镜、金相显微镜等研究其均匀化工艺。实验结果表明:其铸态合金有明显的枝晶结构,且具有Al2Cu、Al2CuMg等粗大第二相。一级均匀化后,粗大相并无显著减少。另外最佳二级均匀化工艺是460℃/8 h+515℃/24 h,此时粗大相大幅减少,残留的是AlCu相以及可能的Al2Cu相和AlCuFeMn相聚集体;且经过均匀化动力学验证,第二级均匀化时间与实验结果相匹配。

       

      Abstract: Taking self-melting Al-Cu-Li alloy as the research object, the homogenization process of Al-Cu-Li alloy was studied by using scanning electron microscope, metallographic microscope and other instruments. The experimental results show that the as-cast alloy has obvious dendritic structure, and has coarse second phases such as Al2Cu, Al2CuMg, etc. After the first level homogenization, the coarse phases are not significantly reduced.In addition, the best secondary homogenization process is 460 ℃/8 h+515 ℃/24 h.At this time, the coarse phases are greatly reduced, and the residues are the AlCu phase as well as the possible Al2Cu phase and AlCuFeMn gathering collective. After homogenization kinetics verification, the second level homogenization time matches the experimental results.
