温度对W球/Zr基非晶合金复合材料压缩性能的影响

    Effect of Temperature on Compressive Properties of W Ball/Zr-based Amorphous Alloy Composites

    • 摘要: 采用渗流铸造法制备了W球/Zr基非晶合金复合材料,应用变温压缩试验对复合材料进行压缩性能测试,温度分别为25、300、350、380、400、460、500和650℃,研究了温度对W球/Zr基非晶复合材料压缩力学性能以及变形行为的影响。结果表明:随着温度的升高,复合材料的屈服强度逐渐减小,塑性应变逐渐增大,原因主要是因为随着温度的升高,基体合金发生了软化和晶化现象。非晶复合材料在不同温度范围内的断裂方式也有所不同,在低温下,W球/Zr基非晶复合材料可以被压断,其断裂方式表现为剪切断裂;温度大于350℃时,复合材料的塑性应变大于30%,压缩载荷下复合材料不会发生整体破坏。

       

      Abstract: W ball/Zr-based amorphous alloy composites were prepared by infiltration and rapid solidification. The mechanical properties of the composites were tested by variable temperature compression test, the temperature is 25 ℃, 300 ℃,350 ℃, 380 ℃, 400 ℃, 460 ℃, 500 ℃ and 650 ℃. The effects of temperature on the mechanical properties and deformation behavior of the W ball/Zr-based amorphous alloy composites was researched in detail. The results show that the yield strength of the composites decreases and the plastic strain increases with the increase of the temperature. The main reason for the analysis is that the composites are softened and crystallized. The fracture mode of amorphous alloy composites is different at different temperature range. At low temperature, W ball/Zr-based amorphous composites can be broken by shear fracture.When the temperature is greater than 350 ℃, the plastic strain of the composite is greater than 30%, and the composite does not fail under compression load.
