高强度耐磨钢焊接接头的组织和力学性能研究

    Research on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Welded Joint of High-strength Wear-resistant Steel

    • 摘要: 采用混合气体保护焊,H08Mn2Si、ER80Q焊丝分别对8 mm厚的高强度耐磨钢板进行了焊接。对斜Y型坡口试板进行了焊接试验,以检测焊接接头的开裂敏感性;进行了平板对焊试验,检验了焊接接头的低倍形貌、显微组织、力学性能、硬度分布。结果表明:耐磨钢焊接性能较好,采用H08Mn2Si和ER80Q焊丝焊接的接头均无缺陷。焊缝区显微组织主要为马氏体、贝氏体和铁素体;析出相主要为碳化钛和氮化钛,两者的形态有明显差异,主要存在于热影响区。

       

      Abstract: 8 mm thick high-strength wear-resistant steel plates were welded by mixed gas arc welding with H08Mn2Si and ER80Q welding wires respectively. The welding test of the test plates with oblique Y-shaped groove was carried out to detect the cracking sensitivity of the welded joint. The butt welding of the plates was carried out, and the macroscopic morphology, microstructure, mechanical properties and hardness distribution of the welded joints were tested. The result shows that the wear-resistant steel has good weldability, the joints welded by H08Mn2Si and ER80Q welding wires are all free from defects. The microstructure of the weld zone is predominantly martensite, bainite and ferrite; and the precipitated phases are predominantly titanium carbide and titanium nitride, and the both phases differ obviously in morphology, and are mainly present in the heat-affected zone.
