Abstract:
In order to study the effect of forging on the properties of building weathering steel, the hot-rolled 09CuPCrNi building weathering steel samples were forged, and the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the samples were tested and compared with those without forging. The surface corrosion morphology and wear morphology of the samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the corrosion potential of the forged 09CuPCrNi building weathering steel sample is shifted by 79 m V at room temperature, and the wear volume is reduced by 6.3×10
-3mm~3after 15 min wear test at room temperature. The corrosion resistance and wear resistance of 09CuPCrNi building weathering steel are significantly improved by forging.
