    Austenite Grain Growth Behavior of High-strength Marine Steel Containing Nb

    • 摘要: 研究了两种成分含Nb高强海工钢在不同奥氏体化条件下的奥氏体晶粒长大行为,采用EBSD技术研究了原始奥氏体晶粒大小对马氏体相变的影响。结果表明:奥氏体化温度和保温时间与奥氏体晶粒尺寸呈正相关,但奥氏体化温度对晶粒尺寸的影响更显著。在低碳成分体系中,Nb对奥氏体晶粒生长过程中的抑制作用更为明显。原始奥氏体晶粒的大小对淬火后组织有影响,晶粒较小的原奥组织相变后大角度晶界比例较多,且分布均匀,韧性更好。通过试验所得数据,建立了试验钢的奥氏体晶粒长大动力学模型。

       

      Abstract: The austenite grain growth behavior of two high-strength marine steels containing Nb under different austenitizing conditions was studied.The effect of the original austenite grain size on the martensitic transformation was studied by using EBSD technology.The results show that the austenitizing temperature and holding time are positively correlated with the austenite grain size, but the austenitizing temperature has more significant effects on the grain size.In the low-carbon composition system, Nb has more obvious inhibitory effects on the growth of austenite grains.The size of the original austenite grains has an effect on the structure after quenching.After the transformation of the original austenite structure with smaller grains, the large-angle grain boundary ratio is larger, and the distribution is uniform, and the toughness is better.Based on the data obtained from the experiment, a kinetic model of austenite grain growth of the test steel is established.
