X80厚壁管道自动环焊接头性能研究

    Study on Performance of Automatic Girth Welded joint of Thick Wall X80 Pipeline

    • 摘要: 分别采用GMAW自动焊和GTAW+FCAW-G组合自动焊两种工艺,对φ1422 mm×32.1 mm的X80钢管进行了环焊缝焊接。借助常规拉伸和示波冲击试验测试了环焊缝接头的强度和韧性,并采用宽板拉伸试验方法测试了带缺陷环焊缝接头的应变容量和结构可靠性。结果表明,采用GMAW自动焊,匹配ER80S-G实心焊丝所焊接的X80环焊缝接头为高强匹配;采用GTAW+FCAW-G组合自动焊,匹配ER55-Ni1和E91T1-K2MJ焊丝所焊接的X80环焊缝接头为等强匹配;两种工艺的环焊接头均具有较好的低温韧性,焊缝和热影响区的韧脆转变温度分别低于-65℃和-45℃;即使存在尺寸为50 mm×3 mm的焊接缺陷,GMAW自动焊、GTAW+FCAW-G组合自动焊接头的平均拉伸应变容量分别为6.0%、3.5%,说明这两种环焊缝接头在拉伸载荷下也是安全可靠的。

       

      Abstract: Girth welding of φ1422 mm×32.1 mm X80 steel pipe was carried out by GMAW automatic welding and GTAW+FCAW-G combined automatic welding, respectively.The strength and toughness of the girth welded joints were tested by conventional tensile test and instrumented impact test, and the strain capacity and structural reliability of the girth welded joints with defects were tested by wide plate tensile test.The results show that the X80 girth welded joints with GMAW automatic welding and ER80S-G solid welding wire are high strength matching.And the girth welded joints with GTAW+FCAW-G combination automatic welding and ER55-Ni1 and E91T1-K2MJ wires are equal strength matching.The girth welded joints of the two processes has good low temperature toughness, and the ductile-brittle transition temperature of the weld and heat affected zone is below -65 ℃and-45 ℃, respectively.Even with welding defects of size 50 mm×3 mm, the average tensile strain capacity of girth welded joints by GMAW automatic welding and GTAW+FCAW-G combined automatic welding is 6.0%, 3.5%, respectively.It shows that the two girth welded joints are safe and reliable under tensile loads.
