不同热处理工艺对ZG20SiMn钢奥氏体化后组织和力学性能的影响

    Effects of Different Heat Treatment Processes on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of ZG20SiMn Steel after Austenitization

    • 摘要: 对ZG20Si Mn钢进行奥氏体化后不同冷速及不同回火温度的试验研究。采用金相组织分析和力学性能试验对钢的微观组织和力学性能进行表征分析。结果表明,ZG20SiMn钢经淬火后,基体中的铁素体含量大幅降低,贝氏体增多,ZG20SiMn钢的强度、硬度和塑韧性得到大幅提升,ZG20SiMn钢的各项力学性能均能很好地满足要求。

       

      Abstract: The experimental study with different cold rates and different tempering temperatures after austenization of ZG20SiMn steel was carried. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel were characterized using metalgraphic analysis and mechanical properties test. The results show that, after quenching of ZG20SiMn steel, the ferrite content in the matrix is greatly reduced and bainite increases, the strength, hardness and plastic toughness of ZG20SiMn steel are greatly improved. The mechanical properties of ZG20SiMn steel can meet the requirements very well.
