Abstract:
Using 316L stainless steel fibers with different diameters as raw materials, the stainless steel fiber mat was obtained by three-stage drafting combined with air flow net forming technology. Then, after compositing, sintering and calendaring, a stainless steel fiber porous material of good uniformity was fabricated, with porosity of 81.1% and filtration precision of 5.75 μm, which generated more excellent filtration performance than similar materials in the market. The corrosion behavior of 316L stainless steel fiber porous material in hydrofluoric acid nitrate solution was analyzed by corrosion weight loss method and electrochemical polarization method, and the morphology of the corroded sample was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that when using nitrogen as the protective gas and sintering in molybdenum furnace, the porous stainless steel fiber material presents better corrosion resistance.
