多弧离子镀CrAlSiN涂层对Cr12MoV钢显微硬度和耐磨性影响的研究

    Study on Effects of Multi-Arc Ion Plating CrAlSiN Coating on Microhardness and Wear Resistance of Cr12MoV Steel

    • 摘要: 为了提高Cr12MoV表面的硬度和耐磨性能,采用多弧离子镀技术在淬火及氮化处理后的Cr12MoV冷作模具钢表面制备CrAlSiN涂层。结果表明:经淬火、氮化和镀膜处理后Cr12MoV钢的显微硬度得到提高,淬火后镀膜的硬度为3028 HV,氮化后镀膜的硬度为3471 HV,是基体硬度(283HV)的12倍以上。氮化处理后镀膜层的摩擦系数低于淬火后镀膜层的摩擦系数。综合对比各试样的硬度、耐磨性、摩擦系数可知,多弧离子镀CrAlSiN涂层前氮化处理的效果优于淬火处理的。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the hardness and wear resistance of Cr12MoV surface, CrAlSiN coating was prepared on the surface of Cr12MoV cold working die steel after quenching and nitriding by multi-arc ion plating technology. The results show that the microhardness of Cr12MoV steel after quenching, nitriding and coating treatment significantly improves, and the hardness of coating film after quenching is 3028HV, and the hardness of the coating after nitriding is 3471 HV, which is more than 12 times of the hardness of substrate (283HV). The friction coefficient of the coating after nitriding treatment is lower than that after quenching. The comprehensive comparison of hardness, wear resistance and friction coefficient of each sample shows that the effect of nitriding treatment is better than that of quenching treatment before multi-arc ion plating CrAlSiN coating.
