退火温度对00Cr26Mo1Ti不锈钢组织和力学性能的影响

    Effects of Annealing Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 00Cr26Mo1Ti Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: 对冷轧态00Cr26Mo1Ti铁素体不锈钢进行了不同温度的退火试验,采用显微组织观察、拉伸试验研究了退火温度对00Cr26Mo1Ti不锈钢组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:冷轧态00Cr26Mo1Ti钢晶粒沿着轧制方向呈条带状。随着退火温度的升高,00Cr26Mo1Ti钢的再结晶程度逐渐提高,晶粒尺寸逐渐增大。在1040℃退火的00Cr26Mo1Ti钢中晶粒基本呈等轴状,完成再结晶。冷轧态00Cr26Mo1Ti钢经不同温度退火后强度有所降低,塑性有明显提高;经1040℃退火的00Cr26Mo1Ti钢的塑性最好,伸长率达到22.6%,其抗拉强度和屈服强度分别为598和460 MPa。

       

      Abstract: The cold rolled 00Cr26Mo1Ti ferritic stainless steel was annealed at different temperatures. The effects of annealing temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 00Cr26Mo1Ti stainless steel were studied by means of microstructure observation and tensile test. The results show that the grain of cold rolled 00Cr26Mo1Ti steel is in band shape along the rolling direction. With the increase of annealing temperature, the recrystallization degree and grain size of 00Cr26Mo1Ti steel increase gradually. The grains of 00Cr26Mo1Ti steel annealed at 1040℃ are equiaxed and recrystallized.After annealing at different temperatures, the strength of cold rolled 00Cr26Mo1Ti steel decrease and its plasticity increases obviously. The 00Cr26Mo1Ti steel annealed at 1040 ℃ has the best plasticity, the elongation reaches 22.6%, and the tensile strength and yield strength are 598 MPa and 460 MPa, respectively.
