Abstract:
The pressing and forming technonlogy of nicker base alloy porous filter pipe was mainly studied.By the optimization design and improvement of the forming die, the nickel base alloy powders were modified by adding methyl celluose, polyvinyl alcohol, acrawax max powder and resin, respectively.The results show that the loose packing density of 75-150 μm nickel base powder reduces from 4.20 g/cm
3 to 3.22 g/cm
3 after 5%resin modification.Meanwhile, the stability of the pressing die is improved.After cold isostatic press, the wall thickness of the nickel base multi-hoie filter pipe formed by pressing is uniform, without cracks and fractures, the complete forming rate is high.After sintering at 1250 ℃/2 h and in hydrogen atmosphere, the surface of the nicke-based multi-hole filter pipe is clean and its dimensions and physical properties meet the technical requirements.
