多弧离子镀CrAlSiN涂层对H13钢显微硬度和耐磨性的影响

    Effect of Multi-arc Ion Plating CrAlSiN Coating on Microhardness and Wear Resistance of H13 Steel

    • 摘要: 研究了多弧离子镀CrAlSiN涂层对淬火、渗氮处理H13模具钢的显微硬度及摩擦性能。结果表明:较之于镀膜处理后的和未镀膜的共6种H13钢,淬火处理后H13钢显微硬度为530 HV;等离子渗氮处理H13钢的显微硬度为1095 HV;镀膜后的H13钢硬度达到2697 HV;镀膜后的淬火处理H13钢硬度为2840 HV,镀膜后的渗氮处理H13钢显微硬度是4010 HV。总体来看,镀膜后其磨损量明显降低,表面质量明显改善,耐磨性得到极大提升。

       

      Abstract: The microhardness and friction properties of the quenched and nitrided H13 die steel with CrAlSiN coating by multi-arc ion plating were studied.The results show that compared with the 6 types of H13 steels after coating and uncoated, the microhardness of H13 steel after quenching treatment is 530 HV; the microhardness of H13 steel after plasma nitriding treatment is 1095 HV; H13 steel after coating is 12 times than that of the base steel, and its microhardness reaches 2697 HV.The hardness of H13 steel after coating is 2840 HV, and the microhardness of H13 coating is 4010 HV. In general, after coating, the amount of the wear significantly reduces, the surface quality significantly improves, and the wear resistance greatly improves.
