Abstract:
Ni-MoS
2 self-lubricating composite coating was prepared by jet electrodeposition on aluminum alloy formed by SLM.The friction and wear tester was used to evaluate the influence of MoS
2 concentration in the plating solution on the friction and wear properties of the Ni-MoS
2 self-lubricating composite coating. The results show that co-deposited MoS
2 particles can effectively reduce the friction coefficient and wear rate of the Ni-MoS
2 self-lubricating composite coating.Compared with that of pure Ni coating, the friction coefficient and wear rate of Ni-MoS
2 self-lubricating composite coating and 316L steel ball on the grinding are significantly reduced, the friction coefficient reduces from 0.51 to 0.12, and the wear rate reduces from 0.41 mg/m to 0.11 mg/m, which can provide references for improving the tribological properties of aluminum alloy formed by SLM.
