SLM铝合金表面喷射电沉积Ni-MoS2自润滑复合涂层

    Ni-MoS2 Self-lubricating Composite Coating Prepared by Jet Electrodeposition on Aluminum Alloy Formed by SLM

    • 摘要: 采用喷射电沉积在SLM铝合金表面制备Ni-MoS2自润滑复合涂层。用摩擦磨损试验机评价镀液中MoS2浓度对Ni-MoS2自润滑复合涂层摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:共沉积MoS2微粒能有效降低Ni-MoS2自润滑复合涂层的摩擦系数和磨损率。与纯Ni涂层相比,Ni-MoS2自润滑复合涂层与316L钢球对磨的摩擦系数和磨损率显著降低,摩擦系数从0.51降至0.12,磨损率从0.41mg/m降至0.11mg/m,为SLM铝合金表面改善摩擦学性能提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: Ni-MoS2 self-lubricating composite coating was prepared by jet electrodeposition on aluminum alloy formed by SLM.The friction and wear tester was used to evaluate the influence of MoS2 concentration in the plating solution on the friction and wear properties of the Ni-MoS2 self-lubricating composite coating. The results show that co-deposited MoS2 particles can effectively reduce the friction coefficient and wear rate of the Ni-MoS2 self-lubricating composite coating.Compared with that of pure Ni coating, the friction coefficient and wear rate of Ni-MoS2 self-lubricating composite coating and 316L steel ball on the grinding are significantly reduced, the friction coefficient reduces from 0.51 to 0.12, and the wear rate reduces from 0.41 mg/m to 0.11 mg/m, which can provide references for improving the tribological properties of aluminum alloy formed by SLM.
