采用Zr基非晶钎料的钛/铜钎焊连接

    Ti/Cu Brazing Using Zr-based Amorphous Filler

    • 摘要: 采用非晶态Zr-Ti-Cu-Ni钎料在830℃下实现了纯钛和纯铜的真空钎焊连接,借助扫描电镜和拉伸试验对接头的界面组织和力学性能进行了表征和评价。结果表明,当保温时间为2 min时,接头主要由未反应的钎料和Ti2Cu、TiCu等组成。当保温时间延长至5 min时,接头逐渐演变为由Ti2Cu、TiCu和Cu4Ti等组成的复杂多相组织。当保温时间进一步延长至10 min时,接头主要由TiCu组成。保温时间为5 min时,接头的抗拉强度最高,达到147 MPa。

       

      Abstract: Vacuum brazing of pure Ti and pure Cu was achieved at 830 ℃ using Zr-Ti-Cu-Ni amorphous filler. The interfacial microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints were investigated using scanning electron microscopy and tensile test. The results show that when the holding time is 2 min, the joint microstructure is primarily composed of unreacted filler, Ti2Cu and Ti Cu. When the holding time is 5 min, the joint structure is evolved into a multi-phase complex structure consisting of Ti2Cu, Ti Cu and Cu4Ti, etc. When the holding time is prolonged to 10 min, the microstructure of the joint is mainly composed of Ti Cu. When the holding time is 5 min, the tensile strength of the joint is the maximum of 147 MPa.
