选区激光熔化成形用17-4PH不锈钢粉末制备方法研究现状

    Research Status of Preparation Method of 17-4PH Stainless Steel Powders for Selective Laser Melting Forming

    • 摘要: 17-4PH不锈钢具有较高的抗拉强度、断裂韧性和良好的耐腐蚀性能,被广泛用于化学工业、核能、生物医学等领域。选区激光熔化的快速发展为生产17-4PH不锈钢零件提供了一种新方法。作为选区激光熔化最重要的原材料,其成形粉末的制备方法尤为重要。概述了双流雾化法、离心雾化法、热等离子体辅助法等适用于选区激光熔化成形用17-4PH不锈钢粉末制备技术的基本原理和优缺点,以期为不锈钢粉末制备方法的改善提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: 17-4PH stainless steel has high tensile strength, fracture toughness and good corrosion resistance, and is widely used in the chemical industry, nuclear energy, biomedicine and other fields. The rapid development of selective laser melting provides a new method for the production of 17-4PH stainless steel parts. As the most important raw material for selective laser melting, the preparation method of forming powder is particularly important. The principles, advantages and disadvantages of the two flow atomization, centrifugal atomization and thermal plasma assisted method for the preparation of17-4pH stainless steel powder for selective laser melting were summarized, in order to provide reference for the improvement of the preparation method of stainless steel powders.
