工艺参数对异种纯铝镀层铝合金回填式搅拌摩擦点焊接头组织性能的影响研究

    Influence of Welding Parameters on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Refill Friction Stir Spot Welded Joint of Dissimilar Alclad Aluminum Alloys

    • 摘要: 为研究表面有纯铝镀层的2A12和2219异种铝合金回填式搅拌摩擦点焊工艺参数与接头组织性能的关系,基于响应曲面法建立了搅拌头转速、套筒下压量、下压速度与接头拉剪强度的数学模型,并对模型进行方差分析。结果显示,套筒下压量是影响接头强度的显著因素。接头组织中,纯铝镀层主要在残余结合线处聚集,在退出线位置也有垂直分布。而工艺参数会改变残余结合线的形貌,影响接头性能和断裂模式。工艺参数会改变残余结合线的形貌,进而影响接头性能和断裂模式。由于聚集在残余结合线处的纯铝强度较低,接头主要沿残余结合线发生界面断裂。在转速2250 r/min、下压量1 mm、下压速度0.5 mm/s参数条件下,退出线区域的强度低于界面处的,接头发生纽扣型断裂,但是并未获得最高强度。

       

      Abstract: In orde to study the effects of welding parameters on mechanical properties and the microstructure of refill friction stir spot welds between alclad 2A12 Al alloy and 2219 Al alloy, the mathematical model between tool plunge depth, rotational speed, plunge speed and the shear strength of the joint was established based on response surface method. The results show that the plunge depth is the most significant parameter that affects the weld strength. In the weld microstructue, the alclad layer is mainly gathered at residual binding line of the joint, while part of the alclad layer is distributed along the sleeve path in vertical direction. The welding parameters affect morphologies of residual binding line, and thereafter the strength and fracture mode of welds. Interfacial fracture mode occurs in most of welds due to the low strength of pure aluminum gathered at the residual binding line. While the weld produced at the plunge depth of 1 mm, rotational speed of 2250 r/min, plunge speed 0.5 mm/s shows pull-out fracture mode, because the strength of the retract line region is weaker than that of the interface, but it does not have the maximum failure load.
