热处理工艺对45钢魏氏组织形成的影响

    Effects of Heat Treatment Process on Formation of Widmanstatten Structure of 45 Steel

    • 摘要: 对45钢采取不同加热温度及冷却方式的热处理试验,研究奥氏体化温度及冷却速度对45钢魏氏组织形成的影响。结果表明,加热温度在860~1000℃,保温1 h,随炉冷却获得的组织中均无魏氏组织形成。在相同加热温度下,室内冷却比石棉冷却试样魏氏组织等级高,但冷速提高至风冷时,魏氏组织等级有所下降或不再增高。在冷却速度相同时,加热温度从860℃升高至1000℃,所得魏氏组织等级均呈增高趋势。

       

      Abstract: The effects of austenitizing temperature and cooling method on the formation of Widmanstatten structure of 45steel were studied by heat treatment experiments with different heating temperatures and cooling rates. The results show that no Widmanstatten structure is formed in the microstructure obtained with furnace cooling, when the heating temperature is 860-1000 ℃ and the holding time is 1 h. At the same heating temperature, the Widmanstatten structure grage of air-cooled sample is higher than that of asbestos coating cooled sample. However, when the cooling rate increases to the air cooling, the Widmanstatten structure level decreases or no longer increase. At the same cooling rate, the heating temperature increases from 860 ℃ to 1000 ℃, all the obtained Widmanstatten grade shows an increasing trend.
