6A01-T5铝合金型材焊接接头疲劳性能研究

    Research on Fatigue Properties of 6A01-T5 Aluminum Alloy Welding Joint

    • 摘要: 对6A01铝合金型材MIG焊和激光-MIG复合焊接头进行疲劳试验,对比研究两种焊接接头的疲劳性能。结果表明院激光-MIG复合焊接头余高试样、平滑试样的中值疲劳强度分别为93.38、108.57 MPa,均比MIG焊接头余高试样、平滑试样的高。激光-MIG复合焊接头有更窄的熔合区和更为细小的晶粒组织,从而降低了疲劳裂纹萌生与裂纹扩展速率,较MIG焊接头有更好的疲劳性能,MIG焊接头焊缝表面的应力集中处、亚表面气孔、疏松等缺陷是疲劳裂纹萌生的敏感部位,大大降低了疲劳裂纹萌生寿命。减少铝合金焊接接头表面应力集中和焊接缺陷是提高其疲劳性能的关键。

       

      Abstract: Fatigue test was carried out for MIG welded joint and laser -MIG composite welded joint of 6A01 aluminum alloy profile, and the fatigue properties of the two welded joints were compared and studied. The results show that the median fatigue strength of the laser -MIG composite welded joint samples with and without reinforcement is 93.38, 108.57 MPa, respectively, which is higher than that of MIG welded joint samples with and without reinforcement. The laser -MIG composite welded joint has narrower fusion zone and finer grain structure, which reduces the rate of fatigue crack initiation and crack propagation, and has better fatigue performance than the MIG welded joint. Surface stress concentration position, subsurface pores, porosity and other defects of the MIG welded joint are sensitive parts of fatigue crack initiation, which greatly reduces fatigue crack initiation life. Decreasing surface stress concentration and welding defects of aluminum alloy welded joint is the key to improve the fatigue performance.
