    Research Status of Arc Plasma Spectrum Diagnosis in Non-axisymmetric Welding

    • 摘要: 综述了非轴对称电弧光谱诊断的研究现状,概述了电弧等离子体的光谱诊断方法和三维温度场重建算法。分析了代数重建算法、最大似然期望最大化算法、总变分最小化凸集投影算法及其衍生算法的适用性和优缺点,展望了下一步重建算法的重点研究方向,为后续非轴对称焊接电弧等离子体光谱诊断提供理论基础和技术支撑。

       

      Abstract: The research status of non-axismetrical arc spectrum diagnosis was reviewed, and the spectral diagnosis method of arc plasma and three-dimensional temperature field reconstruction algorithm were summarized.The applicability, advantages and disadvantages of Algebraic Reconstruction Technique (ART), Maximum Likelihood Maximization(MLEM), Total variation-projection Onto Convex Subsets(TV-POCS), and its derivative algorithms were analyzed, and the key research directions of the reconstruction algorithm in the future were prospected.It provides theoretical basis and technical support for subsequent research of arc plasma spectrum diagnosis in non-axisymmetric welding.
