体育器材用Al-Si-Mg铝合金的压铸工艺优化

    Optimization of Die Casting Process of Al-Si-Mg Aluminum Alloy for Sports Equipment

    • 摘要: 分别采用不同的浇注温度、模具温度和充型速度对Al-Si-Mg铝合金体育器材试样进行生产,并对其进行了力学性能测试分析和X-ray无损检测分析。经过试验优化,最终结果为:在浇注温度从675℃升高至715℃、模具温度从100℃升高至300℃以及快充型速度从1.5 m/s升高至3.5 m/s的过程中,合金的强度总体上为先上升后下降。当浇注温度为695℃、模具温度为250℃及充型速度为2.0 m/s时,合金的抗拉强度得到最大值(287.11 MPa),屈服强度同样为最大值(190.53 MPa),伸长率3.66%。经过X-ray无损探伤并未观测到压铸合金有明显的卷气和缩孔等铸造缺陷,可以得到力学性能优异、组织致密的Al-Si-Mg压铸体育器材产品。

       

      Abstract: Al-Si-Mg aluminum alloy sports equipment samples were produced with different pouring temperature, die temperature and filling speed respectively, and their mechanical properties were tested, and analyzed and X-ray nondestructive testing analysis was carried out.After experimental optimization, the final results are as follows: in the process of increasing the pouring temperature from 675℃to 715℃, the die temperature from 100℃to 300℃, and the fast filling speed from 1.5 m/s to 3.5 m/s , the strength of the alloy generally increases first and then decreases.When the pouring temperature is 695℃, the die temperature is 250℃and the filling speed is 2.0 m/s, the tensile strength of the alloy reaches the maximum value (287.11 MPa), the yield strength is also the maximum value (190.53 MPa), and the elongation is 3.66%.After X-ray non-destructive testing, no obvious casting defects such as air entrainment and shrinkage are observed in the die-casting alloy.Al-Si-Mg die-casting sports equipment products with excellent mechanical properties and dense structure can be obtained.
