激光刻蚀法制备超疏水材料表面的研究进展

    Research Progress on Preparation of Superhydrophobic Materials by Laser Etching

    • 摘要: 激光刻蚀法采用无接触式加工,操作简单、可靠、环保。从激光加工金属与非金属材料这两方面介绍激光刻蚀法。首先概括超疏水表面的概念与激光刻蚀法的原理,针对国内外的研究现状进行总结与归纳,最后对未来的研究方向提出可行性的建议,为激光刻蚀法制备超疏水表面未来的研究提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Laser etching uses a contactless process, which is simple, reliable and environmentally friendly. The laser processing of both metallic and non-metallic materials was reviewed. The concept of superhydrophobic surfaces and the principles of laser etching were firstly outlined, the current state of research in China and abroad was summarized, and finally, the feasible suggestions for future research directions were made to provide a reference for future research directions in the preparation of superhydrophobic surface by laser etching.
