7075铝合金高锁螺母装配过程失效实验研究

    Experimental Study on Assembly Failure of 7075 Aluminum Alloy High Lock Nut

    • 摘要: 针对高锁螺栓和螺母装配过程中出现的装配失效进行了实验研究。基于高速摄像机的拍摄结果对装配过程中螺母的运动和受力情况进行了分析,并基于断口形貌进一步讨论了螺母失效原因。结果表明,装配过程中螺母发生双向弯曲运动,弯曲应力是导致螺母断裂的主要载荷来源,最大弯曲正应力为594 MPa。螺母断裂模式为弯曲疲劳断裂。

       

      Abstract: An experimental study was conducted to analyze the assembly failure of high lock bolts and nuts.Based on the results of the high-speed camera, the motion and force condition of the nut during the assembly process were analyzed, and the causes of nut failure were furtherly discussed based on fracture morphology. The results show that the nut generates bidirectional bending motion during the assembly process. The bending stress is the main source of load leading to the nut fracture, and the maximum positive bending stress is 594 MPa.The nut fracture mode is bending fatigue fracture.
