氢对钢在泥浆中磨损行为影响的研究

    Influence of Hydrogen on Wear Behavior of Steels in Slurry

    • 摘要: 研究了氢对浆体磨损的影响。在磨损过程中应考虑由磨料磨损、腐蚀磨损和氢引起的磨损率。结果表明,氢在磨损过程中会诱发裂纹的形核和扩展,降低材料的耐磨性。虽然马氏体钢与贝氏体钢相比,有相同的硬度,更好的耐腐蚀性,但贝氏体钢具有更好的耐磨性。这是由于残余奥氏体的细微观结构和更高的体积分数,提供了大量的氢诱捕地点,增强了氢脆的阻力。

       

      Abstract: The influence of hydrogen on slurry wear was investigated. The wear rate caused by abrasive wear, corrosive wear and hydrogen should be considered during the wear. The results show that the hydrogen can induce the crack nucleation and propagation during wear and deteriorate the wear resistance. Although the martensitic steel shares the same hardness, even a better corrosive resistance compared with that of the bainitic steel, the bainitic steel has a better wear resistance. This is due to the finer microstructure and higher volume fraction of RA(retained austenite), which can provide plenty of hydrogen trapping sites and enhance the resistance of hydrogen embrittlement.
