AZ系合金做空气电池负极的放电性能测试分析

    Test and Analysis on Discharge Performance of AZ Series Alloy as Negative Electrode of Air Battery

    • 摘要: 在3.5wt% NaCl溶液中,采用极化曲线研究了AZ31、AZ61和AZ91电化学腐蚀性能。结果表明,随Al含量的增加,腐蚀电位先正移后负移,腐蚀电流密度先减小后增大。利用组装空气电池方法测试三者在电流密度为10 mA·cm-2时的放电性能。AZ61具有最稳定的放电曲线,最小的电压滞后问题,阳极效率高达50.26%。AZ61中含有不连续短粗条状和大颗粒状的β相,放电物质脱落较少。AZ61被认为是AZ系合金中最适合用作空气电池负极的材料。

       

      Abstract: In 3.5wt% NaCl solution, the electrochemical corrosion performance of AZ31, AZ61 and AZ91 was studied using polarization curves.The results show that with the increase of Al content, the corrosion potential first moves positively and then negatively, and the corrosion current density first decreases and then increases.The assembled air battery method was used to test the discharge performance of the three at a current density of 10 mA·cm-2.The results show that AZ61 has the most stable discharge curve, the smallest voltage hysteresis, and the anode efficiency is as high as 50.26%.By the microstructure characterization, AZ61 contains discontinuous short and thick strips and large granular β phases, and the discharge material falls off less.AZ61 is considered to be the most suitable material for the negative electrode of air batteries among AZ alloys.
