冷轧带钢表面缺陷的研究与原因分析

    Research and Cause Analysis of Surface Defects of Cold Rolled Strip Steel

    • 摘要: 采用宏观检验、扫描电镜以及能谱仪观察了冷轧带钢缺陷处的宏观和微观组织形貌,分析了缺陷的成分。结果表明:断裂缺陷是由于单质Si与Al2O3夹杂的产生而导致了裂纹;气泡或者夹杂物附着在气泡上都会造成冷轧板的起皮缺陷,这是由于钢坯表层的气泡在轧制过程中破裂,其内部的铁基体被氧化,并由冷轧变形所导致。

       

      Abstract: Macroscopic examination, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS)were used to observe the macroscopic and microscopic structure morphologies of the defects in cold rolled strip steel, and the composition of the defects was analyzed. The results show that the fracture defect is due to the formation of Si and Al2O3 inclusions, resulting in cracks. Bubbles or inclusions attached to the bubbles can cause peeling defects of cold rolled sheet.Due to the rupture of bubbles on the surface of the billet during rolling, the internal iron matrix is oxidized, and the peeling defect is caused by the deformation of the cold rolling.
