形变强化工艺对Nimonic 80A镍基合金排气阀硬化层质量的影响

    Effect of Deformation Strengthening Process on Quality of Hardened Layer of Nimonic 80A Nickel Base Alloy Exhaust Valve

    • 摘要: 研究了Nimonic 80A镍基合金排气阀盘部锥面温滚压强化工艺中滚压温度及形变量对硬化层质量的影响。结果表明:相同条件下,当滚压温度从655℃逐渐升高至715℃,硬度高于450 HV5的硬化层深度逐渐增加;当滚压温度超过715℃,硬度高于450 HV5的硬化层深度逐渐减少;当滚压温度为715℃,距滚压表面2.7 mm处的硬度值最高。

       

      Abstract: The effects of rolling temperature and deformation on the quality of hardened layer in the warm rolling strengthening process of conical surface of Nimonic 80A nickel base alloy exhaust valve disc were studied. The results show that under the same conditions, when the rolling temperature gradually increases from 655 ℃ to 715 ℃, the depth of the hardened layer with the hardness above 450 HV5 gradually increases, and when the rolling temperature exceeds 715 ℃, the depth of the hardened layer with the hardness above 450 HV5 gradually decreases. When the rolling temperature is 715 ℃, the hardness value at 2.7 mm away from the rolling surface is highest.
