基于HyperXtrude的铝合金型材挤压成形特性研究

    Research on Extrusion Forming Characteristics of Aluminum Alloy Profiles Based on HyperXtrude

    • 摘要: 为了获得6005A铝合金型材优良的力学性能和表面质量,基于HyperXtrude软件建立了铝合金型材挤压成形仿真模型,对挤压速度、模具预热温度等工艺参数对铝合金型材出口温度、挤压流动应力、挤压力等挤压成形特性的影响进行仿真分析,并运用试验的方法进行验证。结果表明:随着挤压速度的增加,6005A铝合金型材的出口温度、出口温度差值都逐渐增加;随着模具预热温度的增加,型材挤压流动应力、挤压力均呈现逐渐减小的趋势;最佳挤压参数为坯料加热温度480℃、模具预热温度450℃、挤压筒温度445℃、挤压速度1mm/s,仿真结果与试验结果基本一致。

       

      Abstract: In order to obtain excellent mechanical properties and surface quality of 6005A aluminum alloy profile, the extrusion simulation model of aluminum alloy profile was established based on Hyperxtrue software, and the influence of extrusion speed and die preheating temperature on the extrusion characteristics such as aluminum alloy profile outlet temperature, extrusion flow stress and extrusion force were simulated and analyzed. And it was verified by experimental method. The results show that with the increase of extrusion speed, the outlet temperature and outlet temperature difference of6005A aluminum alloy profile increase gradually; with the increase of die preheating temperature, the extrusion flow stress and extrusion force show a decreasing trend; the optimum extrusion parameters are blank heating temperature of 480℃, die preheating temperature of 450℃, extrusion barrel temperature of 445℃ and extrusion speed of 1mm/s, the simulation results are basically consistent with the experimental results.
