Abstract:
In order to obtain excellent mechanical properties and surface quality of 6005A aluminum alloy profile, the extrusion simulation model of aluminum alloy profile was established based on Hyperxtrue software, and the influence of extrusion speed and die preheating temperature on the extrusion characteristics such as aluminum alloy profile outlet temperature, extrusion flow stress and extrusion force were simulated and analyzed. And it was verified by experimental method. The results show that with the increase of extrusion speed, the outlet temperature and outlet temperature difference of6005A aluminum alloy profile increase gradually; with the increase of die preheating temperature, the extrusion flow stress and extrusion force show a decreasing trend; the optimum extrusion parameters are blank heating temperature of 480℃, die preheating temperature of 450℃, extrusion barrel temperature of 445℃ and extrusion speed of 1mm/s, the simulation results are basically consistent with the experimental results.
